We then prepare these for sale on the global metals market. We trade on behalf of our clients and pay full market value, charging only for sample preparation, discovery and valuation in one clear inclusive price.

Metal Catalyst

Using scientific analysis, we can determine the quantity and value of rare earth metals like Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium, which adhere to the inner substrate of vehicle catalytic converters.

Ceramic Catalyst

Using scientific analysis, we can determine the quantity and value of rare earth metals like Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium, which adhere to the inner substrate of vehicle catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters.

DPF Filters

We help recover value from industrial catalysts used in petrochemical or other specialist chemical processing plants that uses industrial catalysts.

Reliable and flexible processes

Upon announcing delivery, we ensure seamless receipt preparation. Pieces are then decanned, with hearts milled accordingly. Proper sampling follows for homogenized material. Assaying and ICP check with XRF analyser, leading to settlements based on ICP for finalizing documentation and finances.

Decanning

Upon receiving your pieces, we de-can them and process the ceramic or metallic cores in our mills.

Sampling

The subsequent crucial step involves proper sampling from your homogenized material.

Assaying and ICP

Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) multi-element assay is an analytical technique used to determine true precious metal content in a sample. The quantity of recoverable precious metals is initially assessed with an XRF analyser.

Settlements

Using our ICP results, we conclude lot settlements, addressing both documentation and financial aspects.

How we buy

We purchase individually through a mobile app with a comprehensive database, ensuring fair prices. For larger quantities, we offer payment based on precious metal content. After processing, you can freely dispose of the recovered PGM.
