Code of Ethics

Our mission

The Elemental Holding Code of Ethics, based on the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI), defines the Groups established standards relating to employment, health and safety as well as fundamental rights, that must be complied with and respected by the entire Group, regardless of where we operate.

As an organization, we constantly strive to find ways to reduce our environmental impact by lowering energy consumption, pollution, noise emissions and waste. It is extremely important for us to protect the natural environment around us now and for the future.

 

By cooperating with the Environmental Agency’s principles of environmental protection, we are able to contribute towards the implementation of the goals of local climate strategies.

It is of vital importance that the activities (internal and external) carried out by all of the companies within the Elemental Group, are in compliance with current legislation and regulations towards human and civil rights and values.

 

In addition, each company within the group, regardless of jurisdiction, will also need to comply with local legislations and regulations within the industry, which will create a more restrictive and structured environment for our team.

Our priority is to provide a safe working environment for all. In observing our Health and Safety policy and training, we have implemented and observed all possible measures in preventing accidents and injury that may occur on the premises.

 

In accordance with Human Resource Management policy, we provide employees with access to information and allow them the right to form or join a trade union. All employees are on respectable salaries and we do not condone the use of any child labour.

 

We work fairly, transparently and respectfully in conjunction with all business partners and local communities.
It is very important for us to maintain honesty and transparency in our relations with public administration and non-governmental bodies. To this end, we ensure a high standard of personal data and information protection. We absolutely require all team members to avoid unfair market practices and conflicts of interest.
